Green Choy Sum 'Gun-sho' is a popular variety that is vigorous and productive. The whole plant is edible: Flowers, buds, leaves and stems. The stems are a vibrant bright green, and are usually harvested just before, or as the first few buds are opening. Once cut the stems regrow making this a good cut and come again crop. Excellent in stir fry dishes.
