Discovery family day
Our discovery days are very hands on and can cover a variety of disciplines from art and food to horticulture. You will leave with a new understanding and passion for herbs.
They are a full day and limited to 12 people to ensure everyone gets the most of the day. Lunch is provided as well as afternoon refreshments of Jekka’s herbal infusions and homemade cake. Discovery days are from 10am to 4pm.
A family and friends discovery day is your day and as a result can be quite flexible. Below is an example programme but if you wish to focus on one thing or add in another; please let us know

| 10:15 - 11:15 | Guided Jekka’s Herbetum Tour with, for example, a focus on the top herbs for small spaces and their culinary properties as well as providing tips and tricks for looking after them. |
| 11:30 - 13:00 | Cooking herb-based recipes for lunch. |
| 13:00 - 14:00 | Light, seasonal herb-based lunch. |
| 14:00 - 15:30 | Afternoon of making herbal vinegars and fresh herbal infusions accompanied by herb popcorn. You will be able to take the herb vinegars & popcorn home with you. |
| 15:30 - 16:00 | Light refreshments and an opportunity to browse Jekka’s culinary & medicinal herb collection. |
Details and terms
Discovery days take place in our master class venue. All our discovery team days come with a seasonal herb-based lunch and an afternoon tea that includes Jekka’s herbal infusions and homemade cake. A discovery team day is typically 10am - 4pm.
The cost of this one-day, Discovery Day is £2400 plus VAT. 30% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the date and full payment due 30 days prior to the day. Full terms and conditions available here.
