Returns Information

Jekka’s want you to be happy with your purchase.  

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund or replacement.  Please tell us should you wish to return an unwanted order and contact us by either telephone: 01454 418 878, e-mail: sales@jekkas.com or letter, and then return your purchase within 14 days of receipt of your order.  We will issue a refund or replacement at your request, as soon as possible, but in any event within 14 days from the date when we receive the returned products from you. 

Please note that gift cards and dedicated books are non-refundable.

In addition you have certain legal rights to ensure that goods are as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Please see are Terms and Conditions with regards to Seeds, Plants and other goods. Your rights to a refund or repair are: up to 30 days if your item is faulty, then you can get a refund.  Up to six months if your faulty item can't be repaired or replaced, then you are entitled to a full refund, in most cases.

If the goods were damaged in transit or are defective, please contact us by telephone 01454 418 878, email sales@jekkas.com or letter to inform us and to arrange a refund or replacement.  You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time.

Until we receive the goods you are returning, they are your responsibility. You must take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession.  For your protection and peace of mind, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service for returns and obtain a proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for any returned goods that are lost in the post. 

Please enclose all associated paperwork with the returned goods.  If you do not have the delivery note, please include a letter with the name of the person who purchased the goods, their email address, telephone number, order number and the reason for the return.

Once returned we will refund using the same payment method that was used to purchase the goods.  It can take up to 5 days for the bank to transfer the funds to you.  Please note that we do not refund the postage cost for returned goods which are not faulty or damaged.  We will process the refund or replacement on receipt of the returned order.  If the item has been damaged, used or is not returned in its original packaging, we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value.
