Lavender (Lavandula)
From the family Lamiacea. Native of the Mediterranean region, Canary Isles and India. Now cultivated in different regions of the world growing in well draining soil and sunny warm climates. The three main groups are Lavandula angustifolia, Lavandula x intermedia and Lavandula stoechas. Read Jekka's Guide to Lavender for more information.

We follow sustainable, organic and environmentally sensitive practices and all of our herbs are grown for the British garden. How to buy Jekka's Herbs

Seeds are available through our online shop and plants are available from the herb farm. You can organise a farm collection, come to one of our Open Days or participate in a Herb Experience (see our events calendar).
