Jekka's Herb Infusions
Available to buy-online, Jekka's Herbal Infusions are:
- Bright & Breezy Herbal Infusion; Green tea, pinhead gunpowder, combines well with the traditional calendula providing a refreshing infusion. Adding hibiscus and peppermint to the blend creates a lovely aroma that washes away the worries of the day.
- Citrus Trilogy Herbal Infusion; Lemongrass makes one of the most refreshing tisanes which, when combined with lime leaves and orange blossom, creates a heavenly citrus combination. This tea is also delicious served cold on a summer's day.
- Eastern Promise Herbal Infusion; A modern Chai that can be drunk without milk. The renowned tulsi, ocimum tenuiflorum, commonly known as holy basil, has a delicious clove-like, aromatic flavour with a wonderful depth that is enhanced by the addition of turmeric making a tisane that fills one with warmth.
- Mint Fiesta Herbal Infusion; This magic combination of peppermint, spearmint and fennel provides a sweet and aromatic tisane that is perfect either in the afternoon or after a meal.
- Summer Garden Herbal Infusion; Lemon Verbena makes an exceptional herbal tisane and when combined with rose petals and elderflower produces an infusion that will transport you into summer even in the depths of winter.
Join us for a private group visit with a bespoke guided tour

This June, we have welcomed the 'Gloucestershire Society for Botanical Illustration', 'Society of Garden & Landscape Designers' and 'Matters of Taste' from Australia.
Three groups with very different interests but all of them went away infused and appreciating our herbs in a whole new light. The botanical artists loved the structure and colour of our clary sage and the history of the plants. The garden designers learnt all about plant families and got very excited when exploring our thyme garden. Most recently, the culinary experts from Australia were tasting lots our culinary herbs till their tongues tingled!
Our group visits are perfect for Herb Societies, Garden clubs, Cookery Schools, Art Societies, Allotment Groups, Historical Groups and Herb Enthusiasts!
We will be hosting our July Open Days next week, on the Friday 4th and Saturday 5th July. The day will be split into two segments; with a morning slot from 9am to 12pm and afternoon slot from 1pm to 4pm, with both slots including a Jekka's Herbetum tour and a Herb talk.
Our Open Days are a wonderful opportunity to visit the Herb Farm and explore our Herb Garden and Jekka's Herbetum. You will be inspired by our garden tours and Jekka's Herb talk. Plus our team will all be on hand to help with your herb plant purchases, offering advice and guidance with creating your own herb garden. We will also be joined by Avon Wildlife Trust, who will have an information stand, and there will be homemade cake available in our cafe!
