Jekka’s herbal infusions have been lovingly created based on over 30 years’ experience of growing and using medicinal & culinary herbs. Our herbal teas are a perfect blend of herbs that make the ultimate herb tisane.

Jekka's 6 herbal infusion blends:

  • Bright & Breezy: Green tea, pinhead gunpowder, combines well with the traditional calendula providing a refreshing infusion. Adding hibiscus and peppermint to the blend creates a lovely aroma that washes away the worries of the day.

  • Citrus Trilogy: Lemongrass makes one of the most refreshing tisanes which, when combined with lime leaves and orange blossom, creates a heavenly citrus combination. This tea is also delicious served cold on a summer's day.

  • Good Night: This is a classic tisane with a modern twist combining chamomile with lime blossom (linden flowers) and lemon balm. This infusion makes the perfect drink after a rewarding day or a sumptuous meal.

  • Eastern Promise: The renowned tulsi, ocimum tenuiflorum, commonly known as holy basil, has a delicious clove-like, aromatic flavour with a wonderful depth that is enhanced by the addition of turmeric making a tisane that fills one with warmth.
  • Mint Fiesta: This magic combination of peppermint, spearmint and fennel provides a sweet and aromatic tisane that is perfect either in the afternoon or after a meal.

  • Summer Garden: Lemon verbena makes an exceptional herbal tisane and when combined with rose petals and elderflower produces an infusion that will transport you into summer even in the depth of winter.

For the perfect brew, Jekka recommends using boiled, not boiling, water and steeping one bag per cup for three to five minutes. You can sweeten with honey or sugar to taste. Best served without milk.
