How to keep your herbs productive in the garden all year round.
During the day Jekka will teach you the tricks of the trade including how and when to prune the various culinary herbs, not only to keep them productive all year round but also to prepare them for the winter weather. You will also learn techniques in how to take root cuttings and divide plants. This will allow you to have more stock and maintain the health of your plants. Finally, you will learn which herbs can be sown in the Autumn so that you have a crop of fresh herbs throughout the winter months.
